By accessing and using Elmalk Catalog (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Elmalk provides a platform for business owners ("Owners") to create digital catalogs of their items or services. The Service facilitates the generation of order lists which are sent via WhatsApp to the Owner. Elmalk is a tool for cataloging and communication; it is NOT a payment processor or a middleman in any commercial transaction.

3. Prohibited Content & Activities

Elmalk maintains a strict policy regarding the types of content allowed on the platform. You are strictly prohibited from hosting, listing, or sharing any content related to:

• Gambling: Any forms of betting, lotteries, or gambling-related services.
• Religion: Religious propaganda, proselytization, or content specifically targeting religious groups.
• Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, or adult-oriented services.
• Controversial Topics: Any content deemed controversial, politically sensitive, or likely to incite social unrest or hatred.
• Illegal Goods: Drugs, weapons, or any regulated substances prohibited by law.

Failure to comply with these restrictions will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and the deletion of all your catalogs without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

Elmalk, its owners, and operators shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content (catalogs). All transactions initiated through the Service are strictly between the Owner and their customer. Elmalk does not verify the legality of items listed or the fulfillment of orders.

5. User Responsibility

As an Owner, you are solely responsible for the content you publish. You must ensure that your catalog complies with all local laws and regulations. You represent that you have the right to sell the items listed and that your use of the Service does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
